Today in Algebra 2/Trig you:
Continued working on the Law of Sines/Cosines practice worksheet together (answers). For homework the next few days also work on p. 975 #1, 4-8, 11 (answers) and the Targeted Review Worksheet (answers to page 1) (answers to page 2)

Today in Geometry you:
Reviewed finding the area of composite figures then took the 9.1-9.3 Quiz.

Tuesday, March 27

Today in Algebra 2/Trig you:
Finished the 13.5 Law of Sines notes and started the 13.6 Notes on Law of Cosines. HW: spend about 20 minutes working on the Law of Sines/Cosines Practice Worksheet. You will continue working on it in groups tomorrow.

Today in Geometry you:
Completed the 9.3 Notes on Composite Figures. HW: p.609 #9,10,12,20 (answers)
*There will be a 9.1-9.3 Quiz tomorrow.

Today in Algebra 2/Trig you:
Went over the quick quiz from Friday and started the 13.5 Notes on the Law of Sines. HW: p.963 #15,17,19,29,34,38 (answers)

Reviewed the different area formulas from last week, then started working on practice problems. Please finish the practice problems tonight (answers)

Today in Algebra 2 Trig you:
Finished the 13.4 Notes on inverse trig functions and took a quick quiz (they will just be used for feedback and not graded). HW: p.957 #1-21 (answers)

Today in Geometry you:
Finished the 9.2 Notes on area and circumference of circle. HW: p.603 #10,11,15,18-24 evens,28,36,37 (answers)

Thursday, March 22

Today in Algebra 2/Trig you:
Went over the graphs from yesterday's homework and discussed the 13.1-13.3 Quiz from before Spring Break. We then started the 13.4 Notes on inverses. You will finish the 13.4 notes tomorrow and take a quick quiz over section 13.3.

Today in Geometry you:
(The 1:00 class took your formative assessment). Then you started the 9.2 Notes on finding the area of regular polygons. HW for the 1:00 class: finish examples 2 and 3 in the notes.

Wednesday, March 21

Today in Algebra 2/Trig you:
Summarized the graphs of sine, cosine, and tangent, then started discussing transformations of the sine and cosine waves. HW: complete the graphing examples in the note packet (we will discuss them tomorrow)

Today in Geometry you:
Finished the 9.1 Notes by discussing the area formulas for kites and rhombi. The 12:00 class took a quick formative assessment, the 1:00 class will take yours at the start of class tomorrow.

Today in Algebra 2/Trig you:
Finished the 13.3 notes and started a packet on graphing sine, cosine, and tangent. Finish the graphing packet for homework (we will discuss it tomorrow)

Today in Geometry you:
Continue the 9.1 Notes by discussing the area formulas for triangles and trapezoids. HW: complete the 9.1 practice problems worksheet (we will discuss it tomorrow)

Summarized the 13.2 Notes from yesterday and went over general questions. We then started the 13.3 Notes on the Unit Circle. HW: finish the examples in the 13.3 Notes. We will talk about them tomorrow.

Today in Geometry we:
Continued reviewing for the Chapter 6 Test tomorrow. HW: finish the review packet (#2-4 on the second page are intended as "challenge" problems) (answers)

3. Copy some of your 13.2 Notes from THIS ANSWER KEY
4. Finish the notes at your tables
5. Work on the 13.2 Problem Solving Worksheet with your groups (answers)

In Geometry please...
1. Look over your homework together and turn it in.
2. Complete the Chapter 6 Review packet at your tables.
3. One person from each group should turn-in your packet by the end of class.
4. We will continue reviewing tomorrow.
