Took the Chapter 5 Test. We will start reviewing for semester exams tomorrow.

Today in Geometry you:
Reviewed for the Chapter 7 Test tomorrow. Things to do tonight to study: practice homework problems again, re-read your notes, go through your Chapter 7 Quiz, take the interactive practice quizzes for sections 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, and 7.5, or work on examples from p.508 #1-12 (don't worry about #5, 8, or 11).

Went over the quick quizzes from Friday and then came-up with examples of review questions. HW: finish creating your review and answer key. The Chapter 5 Test is tomorrow.

Reviewed Chapter 5 by taking the Interactive Practice Test in the online textbook and then taking a quick quiz. HW: study whatever Chapter 5 concepts you are still struggling with.

Today in Geometry you:
Completed the 7.4/5.4 Notes and went over your quizzes from yesterday. HW: completed the 7.4 worksheet (answers)

Completed the 5.8 Notes. HW: p.377 #13,18,25-27,36,38 (answers) *There will be a quick quiz tomorrow.

Today in Geometry you:
Took the 7.1-7.3, 7.6 Quiz and started discussing the Triangle Proportionality Theorem.

Wednesday, December 6

Today in Algebra 2/Trig you:
Finished the 5.7 Notes and practiced additional problems. HW: p.371 #43,46,47 (we will discuss the answers tomorrow). 10:00 class: also complete p.370 #18-20 (see yesterday's entry for answers)

Started the 5.7 Notes on Quadratic Inequalities. HW: p.370 #16-20 (10:00 class, you only need to do #16 and 17) (answers)

Worked on Applications of quadratic functions (in the note-packet).  HW: finish through example 9 in the note-packet and look through your quizzes from last Friday.  We discuss the answers tomorrow.

Today in Geometry you:
Went over the formative assessments from Friday and the AA similarity homework.  We then continued discussing the 7.3 Notes with SSS and SAS similarity. HW: p.474 #3-6, 20-22 (answers)
